MacBook Repairs in Adelaide
MacBooks are built tightly — glued batteries, soldered storage, displays that come as a full assembly — so repairs need the right parts and a careful approach. We repair MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models, both Intel and Apple silicon, and come to you for diagnosis and many repairs.
If your Mac is still under Apple warranty or AppleCare, check with Apple first. If it's out of warranty or you'd rather use an independent repairer, we'll quote clearly and explain the options, including parts grade where that matters.

How we diagnose & repair
- 1
Identify the exact model
Model numbers (A-numbers) decide which parts fit. We confirm before ordering anything.
- 2
Check software before hardware
Many Mac issues — slow performance, charging quirks, failed updates — are fixed in macOS without opening the case.
- 3
Discuss data early
On modern MacBooks storage is soldered to the board, so we talk about backups before any board-level work.
What to expect
- We're an independent repairer. We're not Apple and not an Apple Authorised Service Provider, and repairs by an independent repairer may affect any remaining Apple warranty or AppleCare coverage — check your coverage first.
- Some Apple parts are only available as larger assemblies, which affects cost.
- After certain repairs, macOS may show a part as 'unknown' — function is not affected but we'll explain.
- Activation Lock must be removed by the owner before some repairs.
Frequently asked questions
Are you an Apple Authorised Service Provider?
No. We're an independent repairer. We'll always tell you what parts we use.
Should I go to Apple instead?
If your Mac is under warranty or AppleCare, Apple is usually the best first stop. Out of warranty, an independent repair can be quicker and more flexible.
Can you repair my MacBook at home?
Diagnosis and many software, battery and upgrade jobs can be done on site. Screens and board work may need workshop time.
