We're a mobile service — we come to your home, office or business anywhere in metropolitan Adelaide, or help remotely. If a repair needs workshop time, we pick up your device and return it free of charge.

Most repairs don't touch your data. We only access what's needed to complete and test the repair, and we'll always discuss backups before anything that could affect your files.

Often, yes. As a rule of thumb, if a repair costs more than about half the price of a comparable replacement, or the laptop is quite old, replacing may be better value. We'll give you an honest view.

Yes. Hardware repairs carry a 90-day parts and labour warranty. If the same problem comes back within 90 days, we'll pick up your device, repair it and return it free of charge. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
