The logic board is the Mac's motherboard — processor, memory, storage and power circuits in one. When a MacBook won't power on, won't charge, or shows no picture at all, the fault is often on this board.
On modern MacBooks your data lives on chips soldered to the logic board, so a board repair can also be the only path to your files if there's no backup. We'll discuss that first.

Only by getting the logic board working, because storage is soldered and encrypted. We'll assess whether that's possible.
