Laptop Not Turning On? Here's What We Check
'It won't turn on' can mean very different things. No lights at all is a power problem. Lights and fan but a black screen is often memory, display or graphics. A logo that loops forever is usually storage or Windows itself.
Each points to a different repair and a very different cost, which is why a proper diagnosis matters before anything is replaced.

If the laptop powers on but won't load Windows, we check the drive's health and repair the start-up before suggesting a reinstall.

What should I try first?
Try a different power outlet, check the charger light, and hold the power button for 30 seconds with the charger unplugged, then try again plugged in.
Will fixing it erase my files?
Not usually. Most repairs don't touch your data. If a reinstall is needed, we'll discuss backing up first.
Can you check it at my place?
Yes. Most of the initial diagnosis can be done on site.
