This notice is given under the Australian Consumer Law.

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

The repair of goods capable of retaining user-generated data (such as laptops, computers, phones and tablets) may result in the loss of that data. Please make sure you have a backup copy of any data saved on your device before it is repaired.

We give you this notice in writing before we accept your device for repair.
